Quality Water Treatment had serviced one of my rental properties for many years and then it changed hands, after the original owner passed. Service continued but I noticed I was not getting invoices as I normally did so I called up to complain, but no one returned my calls. After many tries I finally got Austin who sent me a full year of invoices all at the same time. I was never told they would stop servicing my house. Sadly I have the same situation. I travel frequently and the service just used to enter my garage. I noticed I was getting invoices and called Austin repeatedly. I haven't received any confirmation that service has stopped and it must be months since I haven't had anything. I'm a bit of a loss. I have this funky equipment in my garage and no one to service it! Nice
I have used Quality Water Treatment's house water filters and service since 1999. I have had 3 different units at 3 houses I have lived at. Mike Dunlap started the business and gave A1 service, but after he passed, service has gone away. It took 4 months for him to return my many calls. Finally he did make an appointment but he no called, no showed twice and showed up on 3rd attempt. I was not given an invoice for work or even the price until after work was done. We are in the process of purchasing a new home and needed the well and water softener to be inspected. Our realtor called Austin at Quality Water Treatment on June 27th and set up an appointment for an inspection to be completed on July 5th (today) at 3pm. Austin was supposed to call us when he was 30 minutes away so we could meet him at the house.
