Art gives the best and friendliest customer service. You can tell right away that he's trustworthy and helpful. I rented a little Nissan for about 4 days, rather spur of the moment. It was a great deal, affordable and perfect for my crowd. I would go out of my way and nowhere else to rent a car. Art really goes above and beyond in customer service! He’s personable, easily reachable and goes the extra mile (literally!) in offering any help needed. Coming from New York City, I don’t own a car and therefore don’t have insurance. He is in-the-know about more than one solution to keep costs as reasonable as possible for insurance and his rental rates are lower than most by a long shot. Great to have him and his business on your radar screen for renting a car!

I came to California from Florida and met Art from Quality Used Car Rentals. I was in the area for work for a few months which turned into one year.
