The attorney, Joseph Marriot, at Quality Title Service is one of the most unprofessional attorneys I’ve ever dealt with. He was so irate with the seller as she was asking questions trying to get an understanding of what she was signing. I had to step in and then he apologized. This was a for sale by owner and I was representing the buyer. I would never refer anyone to that title company. The only reason I am giving a one star is because they didn’t have a zero.
Joseph is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
