I've been a customer of Vaughn's for quite a while. Vaughn's was amazing. Unfortunately I had a less than desirable experience with the new ownership, Jimmy's. I brought my car in due to a noise in the front end, a check engine light, for a full synthetic oil change, and to have my air conditioner looked at (it only blows hot air). They were unable to recreate the front end noise, even though they had my car for 3 days. Pulling out of the parking lot after work completion, it still made the noise for me.
