1 Star – Very Unprofessional Terrible experience. I hired this company for a tent treatment and the entire process was extremely unprofessional. The workers they sent were smoking weed while working at my property and had a very poor appearance. Communication was terrible — no one kept me informed about what was happening during the process. Wish I could give a positive review... scheduled an appointment.. I was told someone would call 30 minutes prior to arrival... NO CALL NO SHOW. Icalled to confirm their arrival.... no response.

Jay came out today for my scheduled pest control visit. He was in the area and called to ask if I was available earlier than scheduled. He is very professional and polite. Great job! Even my cat liked him!
