Call me back. You left my tent up for 14 hrs and then inexplicably removed it 34 hrs before it was supposed to come off and are not answering any of my calls or emails. I have no idea if my house is toxic. The termites are not gone for sure. Urgent!!!!!

They took the few items I had left in the freezer and threw them on the floor and left it there while tenting, when I came home days later, I was shocked at the filth and magots oozing from everywhere. They would not return my calls for about an hour, seems like they knew what they did. It took me hours to cleanup. I have never seen such filth in my life. I was fortunate to have Scott come out for my fumigation examination and I just want to say that he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever had come to the house for anything. Quality Termite & Pest Control treated my home for termites in November 2025, but only six months later, termites began reappearing in the exact same areas that were supposedly treated. After spending over $1,000 on their localized treatment, I expected a lasting solution. Instead, when I reported the recurring termite activity, I was told the infestation was likely coming from other areas of the house and that I would ultimately need to tent the property anyway.
