I was fortunate to have Scott come out for my fumigation examination and I just want to say that he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever had come to the house for anything. Quality Termite & Pest Control treated my home for termites in November 2025, but only six months later, termites began reappearing in the exact same areas that were supposedly treated. After spending over $1,000 on their localized treatment, I expected a lasting solution. Instead, when I reported the recurring termite activity, I was told the infestation was likely coming from other areas of the house and that I would ultimately need to tent the property anyway. 1 Star – Very Unprofessional Terrible experience. I hired this company for a tent treatment and the entire process was extremely unprofessional. The workers they sent were smoking weed while working at my property and had a very poor appearance. Communication was terrible — no one kept me informed about what was happening during the process. Wish I could give a positive review... scheduled an appointment.. I was told someone would call 30 minutes prior to arrival... NO CALL NO SHOW. Icalled to confirm their arrival.... no response.
