Muy mala experiencia me cobraron $275 por un “ITIN number” casi dos meses esperando y nada después me llega un documento diciendo que lo negaron por que ellos no hicieron bien el proceso ahora les llamo y quieren cobrarme $250 más no recomiendo este lugar roban tu dinero y tu tiempo
I went in to do.My paperwork dropped it off came back and they said was ready not even review in it with me.I'm disappointed because they are charging multiples fees that are not included with the IRS. Tax returns, Don't do business with this people they would take you for ride.
Lied about how much we were getting back saying 700 was coming out for fees and that’s BS! They wanted to charge all kinds of fees for different kinds of papers, which are all free! Very unprofessional workers who hung up on us would never return our calls and never gave us a copy of our paperwork in the beginning until my husband made a fuss and got it emailed so then we looked into it and He called the IRS and we were getting back more than what they were saying so basically it was going into their bank account instead of ... read more
