Richard did disclose his costs until it was time to file for my father in law after he had passed away. My father in law was not good with money and Quality Tax will overcharge you for services that are not complicated and took advantage of him. I knew something was not right when I looked at the invoice and it was double the normal price and time for a simple personal and trust return.
