Called to request a quote and Scott who took my call was very rude and unprofessional. Even though their webpage lists the item I was calling about , he refused to due his due diligence as a distributor for Eaton and get pricing and availability because it was "ugly". Will also notify Eaton this distributor refuses to even inquire about their products. Avoid this establishment at all cost!
5/5 hands down ! Billy got my team out of a jam by properly communicating, expert knowledge and quick response times! From Team Raycap, would highly recommend!!!

Very responsive! Outstanding personal customer service.
All employees of the company were extremely easy to work with and went above expectations to get the job done. Also, they were available to help outside of business hours if they had time. Overall, a great marketing company to work with and you will DEFINETLY see significant improvement with any marketing they do and save a lot of money!
