Yvonne was very friendly , knowledgeable and helpful helping me find the right option for my home. My order was ready to install in 3 weeks. Installer was friendly , honest, tidy and installed with precision and care.
Shutters supplied not to dimensions, no owner accountability requesting 50 % additional cost to reorder due to Quality Shutter communication error with manufacturer Maxxmar. Unbelievable poor Customer Relations.
From start to finish this was a great experience. We are so happy with our blinds and the level of service we got from Shutterbug a.k.a. Quality Shutters & Renovations Inc. Our salesperson was fantastic and showed us everything we needed to know about our new blinds and the installation team was excellent. They took away all the mess and did a wonderful job. I have had this company install new California shutters in my home and was extremely happy with the product. I chose heavy duty vinyl california shutters and I have to say they are a night and day improvement over the miniblinds I had before. The installers were very professional and the house was left clean. Highly recommend these guys!
