The service provided by Quality Service Movies fell short of expectations. Upon arrival for relocation, the truck was inadequately sized, and they neglected to pack my belongings, leaving that responsibility to me. The truck was dispatched four days later to collect the remaining items, resulting in a two-week delay in receiving all my goods. Upon receipt, I discovered that half of my belongings were missing.
