When my mom became too difficult to manage due to her dementia, Tess and company stepped up and really helped our family out by taking her in and taking care of her as though she was one of their own. The care that she received at QSV was way superior to anything we could’ve had from a larger facility, and most of the staff did everything possible to ensure comfort and compassion were exhibited in mom‘s waning months. Would recommend.
I love my job, residents, and staff. I've been a Med aide for 10 yrs, everyone cares for everyone and will do whatever they can.
I would not recommend this facility. Management practices are very poor and insensitive.
