This place is absolutely amazing! The quality of the furniture and rugs is excellent, and everything looks very modern and beautiful. I really loved the designs—they are stylish and perfect for any home. The staff were very kind, helpful, and professional. They took their time to explain everything and made the whole experience very comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality home furnishings. I will definitely come back again!
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was clearly expecting a 14-inch King mattress, but instead I received a 12-inch model while being charged $799 — a price that matches a higher-quality, thicker mattress. Customers deserve clear information and fair pricing. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would strongly advise others to be very careful when dealing with this store.
Good quality very comfortable couch, I love the color scheme also comes with a beautiful set of pillows.Love how it converts into queen size bed also lot of storage space for pillows and blankets. I’ve been looking for couch for quite some time now I’m so happy that I found this piece. I’m so thrilled that I found a beautiful 3 piece coffee table set that goes with my couch now everything looks amazing in my living room.Very nice and friendly delivery crew who set up all my furniture the way I wanted it. Amazing experience at Quality Rugs Home Furnishing in Federal Way. Everyone I came in contact with in the store was very friendly. The couch arrived when expected, not too mentioned the delivery driver assembled the couch quickly! We absolutely love our purchase!
