I was looking for parts to repair my Safe-T-Hauler crab pot puller, but I couldn't find anything due to it being a decade old. Robert was not only able to get me the parts I needed, he personally retrofitted my puller with new parts and wiring. This type of excellent service is hard to come by these days. Great job, Robert!
