Their representative comes to my door on Sunday asking about someone who doesn't live here and he does not say who he works for, who he is, or his purpose until we ask. I finally get a business card from him but there isn't an address; just a phone number. I ask who his manager is and he just walks away, ignoring me. Very unprofessional.

Highly recommended because Vicci, the owner, goes beyond the norm to get the job done. If a troublesome job, she has trained her staff to investigate while out in the field where the most important information is to be found. Her success rate is very high. And she always has time to answer questions that I have on the phone.
