We needed to move a baby grand. We researched three options, including Quality Piano. All of the price estimates were within about twenty-percent of each other. Quality Piano was the only option that included insurance for the piano and related structures. Quality Piano promised more flexible calendaring. So unbelievably happy to write a 5-star review for this company. They moved my Kimball baby grand piano down some gnarly, tight stairs in a West Town apartment to my home in the suburbs. Everything from the email communication to the quote to the movers was very efficient and professional.
