Though not a large move, it was tricky. It included getting an old washer/dryer and other furniture out before the new one came in, small twisty hallways with many stairs and two last minute requests. We asked them if they could take several items to the dump and one table and chairs to another apartment. Both locations had tiny roads in. They were very accommodating and quickly got us a new price. I recommend this company very highly.
