Great experience! Was super helpful and went out of her way to get my notary done.
Personally, I did not like her lack of professionalism and communication. I called her Friday night to schedule a time for Saturday. I gave her a time range and she was adamant I had to give her a specific time, which I did. I called her a couple of minutes before my appointment to confirm, and she tells me she's not home. Again, I gave her a time range and she tells me I HAVE to give her a specific time; I had a lot of errands to run and her lack of communication with me threw off my schedule.
