I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving service I received from your company during my recent move from Columbus, Ohio to Las Vegas, Nevada. On June 13th I scheduled my move based on a quote I received via telephone, which assured me that my belongings would be delivered within 4-6 days after pickup.
