What ever happened to them they r better than SouthenIllinois transport
For starters, no matter what option you choose when you call them, the automated line won't recognize that you made a choice. Then it hangs up. I have not gotten picked up for my appointments 4 times in a row. First they try saying I didn't schedule a ride. Now they admit it but the ride service isn't showing up. With no way to actually get ahold of them, I keep having to call and cancel my appointments at the last minute. I'm not the only personI now going through this with this company. I highly recommend this company they are reliable never show up late to pick you up and get you to your appointments in a timely manner. Most importantly they are very respectful
