I have several quotes for new duct work for our house. Sam came in with the best bid. We are also getting a rebate from the city of austin too. Jimmy and Eduardo were extremely professional and did a great job. The ducts are now up to code along with furnace. Sam was a pleasure to work with. Great job QLS!! I would highly recommend the guys.

I was impressed by KC Walters, owner of Quality Living Services. He solved a problem we've had in our house for 15 years, which is getting the master bedroom cool (or warm) enough. He immediately saw that the installing contractor had not used the right type of vent, so the air was going down and to the sides instead of across the room. Then, KC suggested installing air exchangers between rooms that normally have their doors closed. This was all very inexpensive work, and his guys were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did good work. We recommend Quality Living Services to all our friends.

I was referred to QLS by my sister-in-law who works for an energy rating company and was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism from the outset. QLS helped my wife and I consider the full range of AC options for an old bungalow house we purchased in Clarksville (Old West Austin). The home did not have any AC to begin with and so QLS ran new ducting throughout. We decided upon a heat pump for our attic and main AC unit installed on the side of our house. Perhaps the best part of our experience was the help they offered us in applying for the Austin AC Energy Rebate. QLS scheduled the city inspection, filled out the form and mailed it in for us. We could not have asked for better service. The installation came just in time for the hottest days we have experienced in some time here in Austin.
