HER FACEBOOK SAID SHE WORKED AT QUALITY LIFE SERVICES SO I CONTACTED THEM ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. THE CNA WAS VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY THREATENING TO MY DISABLED DAUGHTER AND I INSTEAD OF TAKING MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY THEY KEPT THAT EMPLOYEE. The staff is mature and can handle all situations. Staff is very wonderful, people say hi to you when walking thru hallways. I've been to other facilities and hospitals and many times the staff members are new in their career. I highly recommend this facility for short term rehabilitation stays. They are wonderful with my father after his open heart surgery.

When my mother was here. They treated her with disrespect. They didn’t flip her when needed, causing her to get a bedsore. That bedsore got infected with a flesh eating bacteria that spread to her shoulders. She passed a little over a month ago. I know that homes like this are understaffed, but my mother died because of this place. I’m not the only person this has happened to.
very clean, staff is very nice and caring, they are on the ball with drs orders and patient concerns. rehab is awesome
