My friends mother is there. New staff, deplorable care. She has a U.T.I. and no medication. She was still in bed at 10am when they went to visit. Half the staff out on smoke break. Her T.V. was off curtains closed. Staff just wants to forget about you and not care for you. No doctor, no medication prescribed. She could be fighting infection but instead they are just letting it take her body over. One staff member keeps pinching her to where she has a bandage on. Another stares and is very intimidating. Clean staff is very nice and kind
Be warned. If your loved one has any significant savings and has a good paying pension coming in monthly, they will do anything and everything they can do to get power of attorney over them. Long story short, a judge believed my relative, who was diagnosed with dementia, and my relatives were banned from their property and threatened with the police if they came back. QLS now manages their savings and monthly income, and they get paid a handsome fee monthly for doing it. QLS is pure evil and greed
Great staff! Nurses treat their patients like they are their own family.
