The worst place! The nurse told a patient she does not care cause they have a DNR. They do not respond to call lights I repeatedly asked for water after the roommate of my loved one asked for an hour and they never got it. They are ion thick it and after 55 minutes brought him regular water They refused to check sugar levels knowing they are a diabetic. Then refused to do anything in regards to it. Meals are awful. We had my grandma moved up here from another care home because she was not getting the care she deserved. When we called quality life services in Grove city and asked to tour the place before putting my grandma there they were right on top of it they let us come the same day to tour the place. The place was clean ever time we went there you always saw staff.. the staff members we amazing with all patients. My grandma was there for short few weeks before she passed away and the day that she passed away the care home was hones... read more
