Unprofessional nursing staff, poor communication to family members. I do not recommend this facility ever. This facility is in Sarver, PA The positive comments I can make was their housekeeping was good and a few aides were sweet to my mom.
They took care of my mother. I dont see the reason for the poor reviews, this is a great Nursing Home, with very caring employees
