In case anyone is trying to reach out to them, the number is no longer in service and their website is down.
They can't keep therapist and the phone always has issues and to top it once you see medication doctor you can't call to get ahold of anyone to fix the issue with medication I've been two months without medication cause no one will call to fix the issue so now I'm going on the third month so I wouldn't recommend this place if you stability by having same therapist and a doctor you can call when having issues this isn't the place for you

Poorly managed company facility is nasty smells bad lack of control of clients they should not be in business closing down locations shows you not in financial control won't be long before they close completely
I’ve been working at Quality Life Center for5 years. It is a valuable mental/emotional health center for the community. The administration and staff are great. Everyone works hard to provide great care to all who are in need. Many other treatment facilities refer to us because of the multitude of services we provide. I give it 5 Stars for patients and staff.
