Pablo was awesome at providing a comfortable, detailed and easy process! We all felt comfortable. The Santa and pictures today was a nice surprise and touch. We really appreciate the team here a Quality Home Furniture.
My husband and I walk in and Pablo greeted us with an awesome and amazing spirit that we absolutely love. He showed us different couches, mattresses and recliners that we loved. Brian Jessup and his team did a great Job to find a 3 seater recliner couch and 2 seater loveseat that is a great fit for my living room and he was very transparent and honest! The 2 men delivery guys helped me take out my old living room furniture into the garage before setting up the new furniture. I highly recommend Quality Home!
I was hesitant about coming to the Dallas area. However, the Quality Home store made everything so much easier. They have the best customer service and took exceptional care of me. My sales manager was Brian J. and he made sure that I left out with everything I wanted. Along with his team, my service couldn't have gotten any better. I highly recommend visiting and purchasing from there. It's like family.🥰
Pablo was great at his job. He greeted us as soon as we came in. He then asked how he could help us. After knowing what we were looking for she showed us to the floor. What I did appreciate is that he gave my wife and I space to talk and look around. He would come around from time to time to ask if we needed anything or had any questions.
