Pablo was awesome at providing a comfortable, detailed and easy process! We all felt comfortable. The Santa and pictures today was a nice surprise and touch. We really appreciate the team here a Quality Home Furniture.
Pablo was great at his job. He greeted us as soon as we came in. He then asked how he could help us. After knowing what we were looking for she showed us to the floor. What I did appreciate is that he gave my wife and I space to talk and look around. He would come around from time to time to ask if we needed anything or had any questions. Brian Jessup and his team did a great Job to find a 3 seater recliner couch and 2 seater loveseat that is a great fit for my living room and he was very transparent and honest! The 2 men delivery guys helped me take out my old living room furniture into the garage before setting up the new furniture. I highly recommend Quality Home!
We visited Quality Home Furniture at Mesquite and we were served by Pablo. I tell you he has the best customer service you can never see anywhere else. He gave us the best offer that we could not get anywhere else. Please please try this place and ask for Pablo and I assure you you will leave that place with everything you needed at the best cost and very satisfied. BEST PLACE TO SHOP!
I went to the store with my wife with really no intentions, except just to check it out, and met Bill who attended to us. He is really great and very helpful. We got a discount on our purchase, and the staffs were very friendly. I highly recommend this store, they have all you need for your home
