First time at Quality Home. Came here to get us a box spring for our new bed, great service and reliable with their products and reasonable pricing. Customer care was excellent and very helpful with our requirements and requests. Pablo. M was serving us today and he was of great help.

This place is family owned gem. Pablo was great. He is low pressure, very knowledgeable and personable. Hes worked there for 20 years. He was amazing to work with. Delivery was exceptional, professional and very friendly. They did a great job as well

Pablo was awesome at providing a comfortable, detailed and easy process! We all felt comfortable. The Santa and pictures today was a nice surprise and touch. We really appreciate the team here a Quality Home Furniture.

I was hesitant about coming to the Dallas area. However, the Quality Home store made everything so much easier. They have the best customer service and took exceptional care of me. My sales manager was Brian J. and he made sure that I left out with everything I wanted. Along with his team, my service couldn't have gotten any better. I highly recommend visiting and purchasing from there. It's like family.🥰
