My loveseat arrived with a bent hook inside which holds the back of the rocker/recliner on. I called on day 19 post purchase, because it wouldn’t stay in place. A service man arrived, said it needed a new part. I said no, it arrived damaged, your delivery people had trouble putting it together. I want you to replace it. They agreed. Now today, Bryan from Mesquite calls me, and says sorry… we can’t resell it, you’re stuck with it! Never ever again with this company.
Sales person was amazing and there was no pressure to buy!
