Great attention to detail. Will use again.
We have used QFR in the past, but this time was a nightmare. We asked JoAnn to refinish the top of a table. When she asked how we wanted the finish, we told her we wanted it to match the base and the legs. When she returned it almost 4 weeks later, it was a streaked and cloudy mess. She said it looked cloudy because she had left it in her van overnight, and assured us that it would look right when it warmed up. When it warmed to room temperature, it still looked terrible.
