Ordered a bar set in November of 2020 still don't have it in September 2021 and now they want to charge me restocking fee of 30 percent of the price. worst place in the world to deal with the head person to talk to talks fast and you get no where with her Shane Santos. so sick of this company they are crooks.
I ordered 2 chair. Five days later I get an email and text telling me that they would have to charge me another $150 for white glove service. I went with QFD because they were reasonably priced. I told them no thank you, and that I was perfectly capable of putting 2 chairs together. They then canceled my order 4 days later. Unbelievable!
BEWARE!! This company will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear, so you place an order with them. Once you do, it's delay after delay. We have HALF of a bedroom set, yet they take ALL of your money. Sam is rude and says "then cancel" which would be impossible for me at this point. So we are now scheduled to wait over two months for furniture that was paid for already. Not worth the few bucks you'll save with them over their competitors. Nothing good to say about them.
