I had a very disappointing experience with Tommy Johnson at Quality First Tax Service LLC. I initially chose this business based on positive reviews, as I am new to the area, but unfortunately my experience did not reflect those ratings. I paid a $150 fee upfront, which I was told would be applied toward the preparation of my tax return. During the initial meeting, Mr. Johnson collected all necessary documents and indicated he would proceed with preparing my taxes. Tommy was recommended by a friend. When I showed up for my 4 pm consultation, Tommy had left for the day and i met with a "fill in" for 10 minutes. I wish Tommy would have let me know and I could have rescheduled. The fill in didn't have many answers to questions I asked and so I just stopped asking. I paid the $420 fee and Ieft after the 10 minute consultation. Tommy did do my taxes earlier in the day, but I already had them done prior to my visit. It took me 10 minutes and Im not a CPA, so it probably took Tommy 5 minutes.... read more
