I took my car to this service station because I failed the emissions control test. Chris (the owner) REPLACED the entire muffler system and the CATALYTIC CONVERTER. 30 days later (today), I returned to emissions center and failed. I called Chris and he said he only replaced one of the catalytic converters. LOL. At no time did we discuss that there were two catalytic converters on my car. I went in due to the failed emissions.
