Outstanding company that made my father's last wish come true. To die at home surrounded by his family during covid when we were refused visitation. Very caring and compassionate from scheduling, EMTs, and all the way thru billing. I am forever grateful.

Bad one. When arrived to transport my sister the attendant told my sister she should be using wheelchair not stretcher,because she was on an earlier transport with her when her surgeon said she could start to put weight on it. My sister explained that was true but the physical therapy had just started a few days before,and combined with week legs from three months in bed,her spina bifada and a broken wrist she could not transfer yet.
