The entire experience was superbly professional and welcoming. We were put at ease as soon as we entered, by Ann Marie and then Krista guided my husband through the hearing aid process with patience, understanding and wit. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering hearing aids.We were told by others about the long wait time they had at other places to receive their hearing aids. We were pleasantly impressed to get tested, fitted and aids in ears at the end of one appointment.
I have been a client of Quality Care Hearing for about 7 years now and every visit has been a good one. Annmarie and Christa show both friendliness and professional care with ease, also love their decor style.
I had to accept the fact that my hearing was becoming an issue, and I needed to speak to a professional. I could have gone to a big box store and maybe saved a little money, but I felt my hearing was so important to me that quality and service was top of mind.
