Incredible service, super polite staff, on time installation. From now on, this is the only place that I will recommend to my friends and collegues.
Chris and the crew at Quality Blinds are excellent. I found myself in a very tight place after moving into a new business premises just before Christmas and finding out that the security shutters did not work. Chris was able to organise his team to come out and replace the shutter for me, on Boxing Day no less, at a very competitive price and Chris was very present throughout the whole process even though he was obviously on holiday with his family. Went to Quality Blinds for a small job, to get my endless chain mechanism on my curtain raiser fixed. They repaired it immediately on the spot for a minor charge. Would highly recommend this place.
A few weeks ago we ordered a new venetian blind and had 2 of our old venetian blinds cleaned. The old blinds were taken away to be cleaned and were returned and installed the following day. The new blind was ready in 2 weeks and looks good. They also fixed the chain in our vertical blinds, and replaced a broken slat. We are happy with all the work done by Quality Blinds.
Excellent service. Particular thanks to Silvana and Nicholas who were both wonderful to deal with, going above and beyond. A+ Recommend.
