From Google Maps does not show pictures. New place. Friendly after hour gentleman. Receiving doesnt start till 6am. If you get her early, can park on street walk over or on property, park on side out of the way. Check in at door "Driver/Pickup Entrance" by Door A, B - ring the bell camera. Head in, check in - sign in on clipboard and leave your BOL with your name and phone number on counter. If OTR trucks parked across by docks 9-12 will be a super tight back. Plenty room when OTR trucks are not parked there.
They are nothing but rude. They don’t help anybody and they refuse to deliver the products without check and don’t communicate as they should, and when the product comes, the delivery guy would always give us a hard time.
Terrible drivers. Driver drove erratically and flipped us off. Very unprofessional company.
They are changing a lumper fee here. Can't they solve these fees between vendor and receiver without involving a carrier?
