If I can give them a negative I would... Brought my Volvo in for over heating and check engine light. They called me and said all fixed, cost would be 650.00 . Picked up my car and on the way home car started to over heat again so I called mike at quality auto. He told me that are booked up on Saturday and to bring it back early next week. Great Experience, They have helped my wife and children on several occasions with their vehicles when I was out of town. They even offered a courtesy service where they picked up and dropped off my vehicle at our house the same day. Friendly family environment and the mechanics are nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend to all my friends and family.
Quality Auto Repair in Marlton NJ is Great! I had a noise while accelerating and decelerating in my 2013 Subaru Legacy that was making me nervous. I called and made an appointment and it was for the next day. When I brought my vehicle in for Quality to check it out. I called Quality Auto Repair first thing in the morning when i went to leave for work and my car wouldnt start. They made arrangement to have it towed to their shop. I got a call from them about an hour after my car was brought in and I was told it was my battery. They replaced my battery and came to pick me up when it was done and I was still able to make it to work for part of the day. The staff there was very helpful and very accomodating. I would definitely take my car back there again.
I brought my car in without an appointment. They gave me a ride home, diagnosed the problem and fixed my car in the same day. They were very professional and reasonable. They even picked me up when it was finished. I would highly recommend to others.
Do not go here. They cost me over $1,500 in repairs (after quoting me $2,200 - amazing how much the price can drop when you threaten to walk away) for parts and services I did not need. They replaced my entire cooling system (water pump, hoses, thermostat, and radiator) for a head gasket issue. REALLY?!? Also, who quotes $2,200 for a cooling system repair in the first place? The person I spoke with was extremely pushy and continued to insist that their concern was "my best interest" and "safety" but lets be honest, they had ... read more
