This company is the epitome of rudeness and lack of professionalism. I called to get some clarity about a payment that I had made since I noticed that they had charged me more than the payment was for originally. I have never been so humiliated by the responses I received from the Director when I was just asking a question. The man did not let me talk ,he threatened me by saying that he was going to reverse the charges and leave it on my credit report.
