Good customer service goes a long way. We've looked around for an appliance store that we could order/pickup a dryer part from. We stopped in here and the employee we spoke to was very short answered and rude. We asked him if he could assist us with getting a part for our dryer and his response was "don't carry em, don't order from em, don't fool with em." He then proceeded to tell us to "just go back where you got it from." I'd rather drive around the country than to return here.
