Messed up my credit because they didn't want to work with me 😡😡😡
This company harrasses people. A co worker gave my name as a referrance. And now they are calling me to leave messages for her. I called the office to ask for my name to be removed and the customer service line kept speaking over me and hanging up on me. From the get go was unwilling to help. And when I called back to ask for a superviso, I was hung up on again. I was hung up on 5 imes and I don't even do businees with this company. The worst finance company ever. If the dealership says you were approved through quality acceptance RUN. I work for a loan finance company myself & we would never use the threatening tatics they use. The managers are useless because they act the same way as the service rep! They are rude as hell & dont work with customers at all. I cant wait to refinance through a different company so I can be done with them. I wish i could give 0 stars
Tengo que poner una estrella para publicar no entren en esta financiera las personas que atienden no están ni preparadas para una conversación mi auto lleva 2 meces en el taller y no quieren hacerse responsables del pago les llamo y me desbian la llamada diciendo que es mi responsabilidad no quieren ayudar con su garantía solo 3 meces del auto y no se hacen responsables quieres hacer un convenio y son peor solo recibe amenazas por parte de esta financiera
