With all due respect, Quality 2 Transportation, LLC, I do not recommend anyone to use their service, they work super badly and very informal, another driver always arrives who is not the one who marks the application and they always arrive late.
I just want to put a Honest review on here , Ive been using the alvi app for years and i want to say ive always had bad experiences with this company . these people are highly unprofessional and multiple times , always having me missing my important appointments. I recently had a experience with them . I recently had a missscarriage and need to to go to my appts regularly. They made me miss 7 of those 8 appts . and Theres times where they would “pick you up” but be about 40 mins away from you when youre appt is in about 5-10... read more
5 stars, the car was nice and clean. The driver Jesus was friendly and a good driver. he got my daughter and myself to our destination with no problems. Highly recommend using Quality 2 Transportation
This was the worst transportation ride I have ever been on. Driver barely speaks English. Says he had arrived in Alivi app 45 mins before he actually arrived. We were in nearly 6 accidents. The beeper that beeps when you are about to hit something went off about 9 times. Me and my child were hot the entire ride mind you I am 8 months pregnant and my son has seizures trigged by heat. Where can I start? Ok Unquality 2 Transportation LLC it's the very worst you can deal with my insurance company has scheduled me a total of three rides to my doctor's appointments and all three rides were bad.
