Where can I start? Ok Unquality 2 Transportation LLC it's the very worst you can deal with my insurance company has scheduled me a total of three rides to my doctor's appointments and all three rides were bad. The first time I rode with this company they were late to pick me up for my doctor's appointment I had to reschedule, the last two rides they picked me up from my residence only to go pick someone else up and made me late again but the very worst is that not only they are not equipped to transfer people with disabiliti... read more
This transportation hasn’t disappointed yet. I’ve had Freddy Laya a couple times and he’s really nice has always been on time - in fact I’m always very early to appoints; which is better than late. I’ve also had Erwin Chavez who has been great as well. Super appreciative for this transportation service. I live in Perry FL. I have even used it to get to appointments in Gainesville or Tallahassee which are very important ones to get to. So far all of the drivers are great.
We used Quality 2 Transportation services to pick up a family member to bring her to a doctors appt. The driver was on time, very courteous and it was a huge help as we were in a huge bind. I will absolutely use this company again & I recommend this transportation company for anybody that has aging family members with transportation needs. 5 stars!
Wow!!! Improve or close your doors. Driver was Very late for pick up. So late that we were more than 15 minutes late for our appointment. The driver doesn't match given name of driver. The car doesn't match the car that I'm being told. The final kicker. This person DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! He is trying to text Google translate while driving with my child in the car.
