Waiting for over 2 months to have my shoulder fixed because of a broken part of the joint that was caused by a manipulation of frozen shoulder. I can barely move my right arm shooting pain now causing neck pain.
Still waiting over 2 month for a surgery request to be looked at, also they will talk to a financial person but not the patient about their healthcare decision. Avoid at all cost! Obviously the people putting 5 stars work there.
Inept morons who think they can make a medical determination without meeting you in person. L and I uses these worthless clowns as a way to decline necessary treatments for people with claims.
