I’ve had acupuncture many times before, but my treatment with Monita was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. She was incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and talked me through her process. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt afterward. My back was extremely sore going in, and she truly worked wonders. She also incorporated cupping, which was a first for me and I was amazed by how effective it was. Her space is clean, calming, and professional, and I felt completely at ease throughout the session. Sabine has really helped me with my neck & shoulder tension, and would highly recommend her. Paying close attention to needs and offering helpful suggestions, Sabine is thorough and knowledgable. Fire cupping, hot stones and red light therapy are great additions to the treatment--I am completely relaxed by the end of our sessions and feel like I've been to a spa. :)

There really are no words to express the level of gratitude I have for Monita and her beautiful team at QIH, Monita is the most incredible acupuncturist I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in my healing journey, she is so passionate and dedicated to helping her patients.
