It seems to me that if you are this upset about what is going on you would move you father to another location. I know that these ladies take very good care of the residents. I think that you are bitter about the race of these ladies. That is very sad to me because they step up and do a job that you refuse or can not do. Instead of talking trash about these ladies you should thank them and pat them on the back if you dare touch them! May God comfort you and wash your worries away.
My father has resided at Quail Ridge in Tucumcari New Mexico since September 2008. I have mixed feelings regarding his care. In all fairness to Quail Ridge I will say there are a few committed and dedicated staff who provide quality care which is obviously required. There are other staff however which their behaviors resulting in quality care absolutely concern me.
