Great location close to the DMV with affordable prices. I was able get my GSP out a few times this preserve season there and couldn’t be happier. With classic, beautiful West Virginia and scenery, I’d highly recommend this farm to anyone in the area with a passion for bird hunting.

The owners of the farm are very nice people. It’s obvious that they have put a tremendous amount of work and care into their operation over the years and for that reason alone it pains me to have to write these details, but I also know the power of the internet and I pray some good can come of it. The owners are an older couple and it’s clear that while they built and maintained an excellent venue, however their guide/dog duties have been outsourced. Went again to Quail Hollow. Tried chukar and quail this time. Awesome but humbling experience. Both are fast flyers and smaller targets than pheasants. Missed more than I wanted to. That's hunting. Quail are so much fun and boy do they taste delicious. Something like chicken but with a deeper flavor. Give this place a try. Good experience with good people.
