PÉSIMA ATN AL CLIENTE. LAS LLAMADAS JAMÁS LAS CONTESTAN. LOS MENSAJES NO SIRVEN PARA NADA. DICEN QUE MANDARÁN TÉCNICO Y NADA. La calidad de la señal es muy mala, se pierde muy seguido y no resuelven. Buscaré otras opciones.
PÉSIMA opcion de servicio, me funcionaba muy bien, pero ahora falla cada 3 minutos. NO lo contraten, y su servicio al cliente es PÉSIMO, siempre dan la misma solución, pero no sirve; los técnicos nunca están disponibles o no te contestan! Internet de lo PEOR
Pesimo internet, no funciona, se va constantemente, se tardan muchísimo en contestar.
Cada 5 minutos se va la señal. Me pusieron una extensión y esta peor el servicio. Llevo asi mas de una semana y el servicio técnico es hasta que tengan tiempo y hoy ya casi es todo el dia sin servicio por una falla que dicen que es General
