Renata is very knowledgeable and professional. I am her client for over 10 years. Recently I had a case with IRS that was unique and had no standard procedure how to resolve it. Check sent to me by IRS in 2022 was stolen by a scammer and cashed forging signatures on the back of the check. I requested IRS to issue me a new check. IRS review process took over a year with no resolution, only asking for more and more time to review. Renata suggested filling a new claim through Taxpayer Advocate Service Assistance program.
