This is my second 1 star review after Ms. Renata Bliumaite responded to my original feedback with a false public accusation. I originally engaged her for a basic tax filing but because the refund amount was insignificant, the case did not generate compensation for her. She could have declined, but instead, she accepted the work, requested sensitive personal information, and proceeded - only to delay the process, send incorrect forms, block communication, and leave the case unattended for a month. Renata is professional, prepared and trustworthy. She truly does care about each of her clients. She explained all parts of the tax filing process as we went through it. It was my first time filing with her and she made the process extremely easy to understand. I would definitely return to her for any tax services. Highly recommended Renata’s tax services!!

I honestly can only say good things about Renata. I had gone to 3 other places before her. She is the one that answered all my questions and went far and beyond.
