Called ahead and asked for price and made an appointment. Showed up at the scheduled time, but they ignored my appointment completely. No apologies given and told to come back next time. Absolutely the worst customer service.
Absolutely the worst massage. The Asian masseuse (LuLu), kept asking for more tip money, even before the session started. She kept going in and out of the room. That's why she forgot which part of my body got the massage or not. She left off my complete left side. Instead of a 60 minute session, I was told that my time was up. It was only 40 minutes that I got. What a terrible place.

I call to the spa and ask the price and the service details, but the operator said she didn't know, customer need to deal and ask the girl. What is the point, I don't understand why I need to ask the girls ？
