Horrible experience. A mistake was made and I got totally ignored trying to resolve it. Was charged $50 in fees. When the bank makes a mistake it gets fixed and when it is on the customers end you get money taken out of your account. Do yourself a favor and use a real bank instead. Cancelled my account after having it for 3 years. They pretty much stole $50 from me in fees from a common mistake. The local 1-2 union does not even recommend this bank anymore.
I hate to write a bad review, but this one is warranted. I called to inquire about their services and prepare myself time to stop in. Someone picked up, greeted me, and hung up within a second. I barely got to say hi back. Called back several times giving the situation the benefit of the doubt, and absolutely no answer. Whoever is there may be busy with in-store clients, or whatever the case is it takes just a few seconds to state as much. It sets a negative tone before even going there. Smh. only reason why i bank here is because it's through my union. good luck trying to get a hold of someone. u apply for a loan and u never hear anything from them; you have to chase them to get any update. dont even bother. they move in slow motion and when they do pick up , you're a bother
