Extremely rude reps. Called for rates, the guy refused to give me rates and kept saying I wasn’t a member. Keep interrupting me saying the same thing “your not a member”. Refused to be helpful in any way. Horrible
This bank sucks. Good luck ever having someone answer the phone and when you go in person nobody can help. You always have to speak to the person who is not there at the moment.
