We had to find a new CPA for our small condo association. They have been very reliable and prompt in handling all our tax issues. They are responsive and communicate well which is great when you're worried about filing your taxes correctly.
We have had the pleasure of having our taxes done by QRGA for over 30 years. They have always been responsive knowledgeable professional and kind even in the midst of the last minute craze that is reality of their business. I am trying to write reviews when I have been well served and not just when I have not so here is one where I have been very well served.
Unfortunately I cant give them a good review. Jeff strung me along for months only to tell me that he could not do the returns he had the information for in February. In June he emailed me to say he could not do them due to staffing. I understand staffing issues but many of may family have used them for years. If he was upfront from the beginning I would not have written this review.
