About this business
QOR360 was founded by retired trauma surgeon Dr. Turner Osler MD. Confronted with the reality that not only are all chairs terrible, they are actually killing people. Dr. Osler set out to create a better chair, that prevents back pain, engages the core musculature, improves posture, and makes sitting active rather than passive. This prevents many of the negative health effects that being slumped in a normal office chair for hours causes.

Horrible customer service and broken product. I spent over $500 and the chair was broke on delivery. I called and someone called me back. I told them the piston to adjust the chair height is broke. They said send an email to sales. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve called every day no answer and no call back. I’ve filled out their website page for help and no response.
Really happy with this chair and it is a nice alternative to boring office chair. I was even more impressed with the customer service backing their product and resolving a quality issue I had with the chair and sending a replacement part immediately. I'll probably buy another one in the near future.

I was really impressed by the customer service at QOR360. They really listened to my concerns and guided me accordingly. I am 3 weeks into using the Ariel chair. So far I love it. QOR360 customer service has been outstanding to ensure I am happy with the product. So far my back and core feel better and stronger. The first few days were a little tough as my brain and muscles got use to the new arrangement. So I started with just 30 minutes and have been steadily increasing use each day.
